"Works okay, but gets confusing"
I was able to pay without much trouble, so that's fine, but the app feels slow sometimes. Also, finding my parking session wasn't super clear. Maybe I missed something, but it took me a bit to figure out where I was supposed to go.

"Felt a Bit Dodgy"
The place had poor lighting, and there didn’t seem to be any staff around... it just felt a bit dodgy and I didn’t feel very comfortable there...

"Parking was fine once I figured it out"
From what I remember, the parking worked out okay in the end, but the signs were a bit confusing at first. It took me a few minutes to figure out where I was meant to go and which zone I was in. Once I got that sorted, the payment part was straightforward. I just think clearer signs would make the whole process a lot easier...

"Used APCOA for parking last weekend and it..."
Used APCOA for parking last weekend and it was all easy enough. Got in without any hassle, the barrier read the ticket like it should, and I found a space fairly quickly. Leaving was fine too, apart from a small queue at the exit machine, which is kind of expected when a few people are heading out at the same time. Price was reasonable enough for the location. I’d use it again

"Parking Costs Are Getting Out of Hand"
I feel like I paid way too much for parking. The app was frustrating to use, and then all the extra fees on top just made the whole thing feel like a ripoff. If this keeps up, I’ll probably start looking for a different place to park.

"ANPR picked up my plate straight…"
ANPR picked up my plate straight away, so there was no hassle getting started. The only thing was it took a bit longer than I expected to update, unless that’s normal? Overall though, it worked fine for me

"Really helpful staff when I was stuck"
I had a bit of a panic in the car park because I literally couldn’t get the payment machine to work, and I was worried I’d end up being charged the wrong amount.
The APCOA staff member who was there was really patient and helped me get it sorted in just a few minutes. They didn’t make me feel silly about it either, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience.

"Easy Parking, Though I’m a Bit Fuzzy on the Timing"
We used the blue badge spaces and they were really close to the entrance, which made things much easier. I can’t quite remember if we arrived just before the busy period or after it had started, but either way the spaces were easy enough to find. Paying was straightforward too, and getting in and out was no hassle at all

Got a penalty notice, which obviously wasn’t ideal... but paying it online was actually easy. The details were clear, and it only took about 5 minutes to sort out.

"Could really do with a clean"
Parked in an APCOA car park recently and it was grim. There was rubbish around, the floor by the stairs was sticky, and it smelled awful near the lift. I know it’s just a car park, not a hotel or anything, but for what they charge you’d think it would at least look like someone had cleaned it this month. If they can take payment that quickly, surely they can run a mop around now and then...

"Couldn’t really find a spot"
The car park was pretty much full when I got there, so I ended up driving around for a while trying to find a space. Bit of a waste of time, and I’m fairly sure it’s usually better to go at a quieter time.

I tried it out and it worked well. You don’t really have to fuss with it much, which I liked, and overall it did what I needed it to do.

"Worked in the end, but a bit confusing"
It did charge fine, so no complaints there, but the app was a bit of a faff. I kept tapping around trying to figure out what was going on, and then started wondering if I’d missed something obvious. Also, the pricing wasn’t very clear, which is kind of the part you want to understand before you commit. So, not a disaster, just not as smooth as it should’ve been.

They got back to me quickly and did sort out my issue, which was a relief. I’ll be honest, I was a bit suspicious at first because quick replies can sometimes feel a little too good to be true, but in the end everything worked out fine

"Appeal sorted much faster than I expected"
I had to appeal a parking charge after making an honest mistake with my registration, and I’ll admit I was a bit worried it was going to be a stressful process. The website was actually straightforward to use, which was reassuring, and I got a response much quicker than I thought I would. The charge was cancelled without any hassle, which was a huge relief. Really fair and easy process overall, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

"Decent price, easy enough to use"
Used APCOA last weekend i was feeling mentally drained by the time I parked, so I was relieved it wasn’t a hassle. The charges weren’t too bad for the area, and paying was simple enough, though I did have to double-check the time just to be sure. I’d use it again if the price stays around the same.

It was close by , which made parking really easy . I appreciated not having to drive around forever looking for a spot .
